We have a
three-fold mission. One is to carry out consulting projects in Africa, Asia, South America
and Central and Eastern Europe, in selected areas of professional expertise, particularly
where the objective involves training and the transfer of skills and knowledge. The second
is the development of long term business relationships with independent consultant
practitioners who share our commitment to excellent service in our areas of activity. The
third is the establishment and development of indigenous consulting firms, which will
associate with the Innova Group for purposes of training in consulting, the commitment to
standards of professional work, the conduct of business development and project
management.
